10 TIP TIPS FOR GETTING LUSH LOCKS..

Ladies, we all no that having nice hair makes us all feel much better about ourselves! So why dont we take better care of it? Here are a few tips i have picked up that help keep my hair in a good healthy condition.

1- Have regular trims at the hair dresser, i no in we all want that long flowing main, but we will never get that if we dont trim those ends!!

2- use a nourishing hair mask once or twice a week, this will just help ensure your hair is moisturized and in a healthy condition and als gives it an added sheen and makes it super soft! i use the moroccan Oil intense hydrating mask at £23.85, expensive i no but lasts along time and it is amazzzzeee!! i buy it online from www.feelunique.com

3- As hard as it is, try your best not to use alot of heat on your hair, or if you do make sure to use a good heat protector spray and or serum on your hair before you blow dry and again if you are going to use straighteners or curlers to avoid getting split ends.

4- Washing your hair everyday can make it become quite dry s try to wash it every second day and only put conditioner on the ends of your hair and not up to the roots because this will make your hair go a bit greasy and clog up your pores.

5- Try your best not to back comb your hair allot, as it breaks the hair leaving it in bad condition.

6- After using heat on your hair always use a tiny bit of oil or serum on the ends just to add a bit more nourishment to them after the heat.

7- Wash your hair with warm water rather than hot water because this can cause the hair to be more greasy, then seal the hair with a blast of cold want er before you leave the shower

8- Try and use a leave in conditioner as this will moisturize your hair through out the day

9- Always use a soft bristle brush and be careful when brushing as to not damage or break you hair

10- DRY SHAMPOO!! use it the stuff wors wonders! days when you dont wash your hair put a little bit on and top with a bit of shine spray and your hair will look lush all day!!

VELCRO SLEEP ROLLERS!!

me with my Velcro Sleep Rollers in
OBSESSED!!! okay so Velcro Sleep Rollers have probably been one of my top purchases this year!! i absolutely  love them! They are medium sized rollers with a foam center so they squish for ultimate comfort when you sleep in them. I use them all the time, especially when i go out, because they give your hair an amazeballs look with mega volume and bounce which you just cant get using curlers or a hair dryer. Personally when i use them i blow dry my hair as straight as i can first then, with the straighteners i quickly and roughly curl my hair because my hair is so thick other wise sometimes i don't quite get the look i want. Then i put the rollers in. I section my hair starting from the hair underneath and work my way up securing them tightly with hair pins as i go.The massive purple roller in the front you can see is a heat retaining fringe roller, i actually died of excitement when i got this because i have been looking for a roller this size for my fringe for a while and it works amazingly!! Personally for me i like my curls to face away from my face so when i put my rollers in, i roll them under rather than over purely because that's the look i feel suits me best but both ways work amazingly! Another great thing from Velcro Sleep Rollers is a hairdryer hood which comes in a GORGEOUS pink colour! this product is a life saver!! if you don't have time to sleep in your rollers or leave them in for a good few hours, then this hood dryer is perfect! you just pop the hood on over your rollers, and it has a long trunk like bit where you can put the end of your hair dryer in and you simply switch it onto the lowest heat setting and leave it on whilst you finish off your make up etc.

Over all i think these Velcro Sleep Rollers are a must have in your collection of beautifying tools, they are just amazing and i love them!!

                         BE BREEZY..

Be breezy, probably one of the best pieces of advice to come out of my mothers mouth! You no when you first start speaking to a guy that you like and you are the one making all the effort and you are unsure if he likes you as much as you like him, if at all? Well this is where "Be Breezy" should come into your life! Being breezy is to be unavailable, so you stop texting him as much and you definately dont text first, you stop asking to see him ect. And this way if he is truly into you he will text, and ask to see you, this is when you decline the offer because you are 'busy'  (or being breezy), and you wait and whilst he gathers his ego back up off the floor that you just stamped on from turning him down, and once again he will/should ask to meet you. This is when you agree, and realise that being breezy has worked for you! Effort has finally been made by the male species you are interested in and you now know that the feelings are mutual between you both! However being breezy can occasionally back fire on you if you get an awkward lad who likes to be chased and is not a chaser, in this case he is not worth your time because every girl in my eyes, deserves a guy that will make the most amount of effort he can possibly make to impress you and make you happy!

Amazeballs Trend: Moon Nails!

I absolutely love this trend! Its a reverse style of the traditional French manicure. I think its a much more up to date and cool look, which plays on the contrasts of matte and metallic nails polishes.I think its amazing and it is definitely on my list to try!

JEFFREY CAMPBELL SUPER CRAZE!

Okay so i have a major obsession with the Jeffrey Campbell Lita boots! Think i'm slightly in love, however as i am a student my funds for designer label shoes are extremely low, in fact they are non existent if i'm honest. But there are amazing versions available on the highstreet for quarter of the price! I bought a pair from Quiz Clothing for £44.99 which are look-a-likes of the Jeffrey Campbell Spiked Lita in black. I think these shoes are great because, first of all they fit in perfectly with the popular grunge/rocker chic trends going on right now (which i am also obsessed with!) Also they are great for both dressing up and going out, or dressing casually. For going out i would pair them with a skater skirt, studded bralet, buckle jacket, and some bold accessories. For a more casual look i would put them with a pair of leather look leggings along with a plain tee, and statement grunge jacket, cosy scarf and of course an understated necklace just to finish off the look.
